As a Talent Consultant Manager, you will be instrumental in supporting the Talent agenda for EY GDS Operations, serving as the primary point of contact for leadership on various talent-related matters. Your role will involve driving engagement initiatives, providing change leadership, enhancing workforce capability, and managing talent. You will cultivate a deep understanding of business unit strategies to ensure the successful execution of key HR projects and processes, including performance management, talent transformation, and reward strategies.

We are looking for a professional with 8-12 years of comprehensive HR generalist experience, including significant exposure to performance management and employee relations. Strong business acumen, commercial awareness, and the ability to build robust stakeholder relationships across all organizational levels are essential. Experience in managing and mentoring teams is a prerequisite. An HR generalist background, preferably with experience in consulting or professional services, is highly valued. A graduate or postgraduate degree in Business or Human Resources is desirable.
