Join our Enterprise Technology & Performance team as a Manager, specializing in Finance Transformation with CCH Tagetik. You will play a pivotal role in driving functional excellence and innovation within our finance operations. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead transformative projects and shape the future of our financial systems.

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the design, implementation, and support of CCH Tagetik solutions, impacting critical financial processes such as consolidation, budgeting, planning, forecasting, and reporting. Your expertise will be instrumental in translating business requirements into effective Tagetik solution designs and ensuring seamless integration with our core financial systems.

Lead end-to-end CCH Tagetik implementation and enhancement projects, managing scope, timelines, and resources effectively. Configure Tagetik workflows, data models, business rules, and reports to meet evolving business needs. Develop and maintain financial reports, consolidated statements, and management dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and compliance. Collaborate closely with Finance leadership, Controllership, FP&A, and IT teams to drive process optimization and automation. Mentor and develop Tagetik consultants and support resources, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and best practices.

A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is required. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 8 years of experience in Corporate Performance Management (CPM) or Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions, including at least 4 years specifically with CCH Tagetik. Proven hands-on experience in Tagetik implementation and support, coupled with a strong understanding of Financial Consolidation, FP&A, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Regulatory Reporting is essential. Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders is also a key requirement.
