Act as the main liaison with clients and senior stakeholders, conducting workshops, managing risks, and fostering strong relationships across finance, IT, and leadership teams.

Guide and mentor team members, optimizing resource allocation, monitoring performance, and promoting a collaborative and knowledge-sharing culture.

Drive the resolution of production issues, lead enhancement initiatives, and support system upgrades to ensure continuous improvement and adherence to best practices.

A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is required.

Possess 8-12 years of overall professional experience, with a strong focus of 4-6 years in hands-on CCH Tagetik implementations or support engagements.

Demonstrated experience leading full-cycle implementation or support projects is essential.

Solid understanding of core financial processes including consolidation, planning, budgeting, and reporting is crucial for success in this role.

Preferred qualifications include a CA, CPA, CMA, MBA Finance, CCH Tagetik certification, or certifications in PMP, Agile, or Scrum, along with knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and statutory reporting.
