We are seeking a skilled Manager to lead finance transformation initiatives, specializing in business finance and CCH Tagetik solutions. This position offers a unique opportunity to impact critical financial processes within a dynamic environment.

Spearhead the design, implementation, and ongoing support of CCH Tagetik solutions, encompassing financial consolidation, budgeting, planning, forecasting, and management reporting.

Translate complex business requirements into robust Tagetik solution designs, configuring workflows, data models, business rules, and reports. Ensure strict alignment with accounting and financial reporting standards.

Lead end-to-end project lifecycles, managing scope, timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications effectively. Drive system upgrades, testing, and migration activities while coordinating with external partners.

Foster strong partnerships with Finance leadership, Controllership, FP&A, and IT teams, conducting workshops and providing strategic recommendations for process optimization and automation.

Develop and maintain accurate financial reports, consolidated statements, and management dashboards, ensuring data integrity and compliance. Support seamless integration with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, and Dynamics.

A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is required. A minimum of 8 years of experience in Corporate Performance Management (CPM) or Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions, with at least 4 years specifically in CCH Tagetik, is essential.

Demonstrated hands-on experience with CCH Tagetik implementation and support is crucial. You should possess a strong understanding of Financial Consolidation, FP&A, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Regulatory Reporting processes. Prior experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders is also a key requirement.

Preferred qualifications include professional certifications such as CA, CPA, CMA, or an MBA in Finance, along with CCH Tagetik certification. Experience with ERP platforms like SAP, Oracle, Workday, or Microsoft, and knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and statutory reporting processes, will be advantageous.
