As a Manager within our Monitor Deloitte Strategy Team, you will cultivate strong client and team relationships to consistently exceed expectations. You will collaborate with Partners, Managers, and clients to formulate hypotheses and develop effective work plans aligned with project objectives.

Your role involves overseeing data collection and analysis, deriving key insights from analytical processes, and integrating module findings into broader project strategies. You will be responsible for clearly communicating analyses and recommendations through both written reports and oral presentations to internal and client leadership.

We seek experienced professionals with 8-12 years of relevant experience and a demonstrated passion for consulting. A strong academic background in undergraduate and graduate studies is essential, alongside a foundational understanding of business strategy, marketing, finance, operations, and data analysis techniques.

Ideal candidates will possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. A Master's degree (MBA) or equivalent professional qualification (e.g., CA), along with an undergraduate degree (B.Tech or similar), is required. Fluency in English is assumed.
