Join our team as a Manager in Supply Chain & Network Operations, focusing on Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) in Gurugram. This role is pivotal in driving excellence within enterprise technology, serving as the engine for functional enhancement and innovation. Lead transformative supply chain consulting projects focusing on operating models, planning, network design, inventory, demand, and manufacturing.
Develop and execute strategies to boost supply chain agility and cost efficiency for diverse clients.
Provide expert guidance on investments in infrastructure, technology, and capacity expansion.
Conduct advanced quantitative analysis and scenario planning to inform operational and investment decisions.
Collaborate with client leadership to align supply chain strategies with business goals and sustainability objectives.
Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative, high-performance environment.
Contribute to thought leadership in supply chain operations and investment trends.
Support business development initiatives, including proposal preparation and client presentations.
Effectively manage multiple concurrent projects and ensure profitable project delivery.
A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in consulting or industry roles, with a strong inclination towards client advisory services.
Possess a deep understanding of supply chain management principles, operational processes, and network optimization.
Demonstrated experience in Business Process Re-engineering encompassing areas like Source to Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Plan to Produce, and Design to Develop.
Proven ability in project leadership and managing teams effectively, including end-to-end client engagements.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with experience engaging senior client stakeholders.
An Engineering degree from a Tier 1 college and an MBA from a premier institute are essential.
Exposure to Chemicals, Pharma, and Industrial Goods sectors is preferred, as is familiarity with digital supply chain technologies and sustainability frameworks. This role requires extensive travel (up to 75% of the month) based on client needs.
