Lead and manage consulting projects focused on supply chain operating models, network design, inventory, and logistics to achieve significant performance improvements.

Develop and implement strategies that boost supply chain agility, cost-effectiveness, and operational excellence, particularly for clients in the Chemical, Pharma, and Industrial Goods sectors.

Advise clients on critical investment decisions regarding supply chain infrastructure, technology adoption, and capacity planning to ensure future readiness.

Conduct in-depth quantitative analysis using advanced supply chain modeling and scenario planning to assess operational and investment trade-offs.

Collaborate closely with senior client leadership to align supply chain strategies with overarching business objectives and sustainability goals.

Mentor junior team members, cultivating a supportive and high-achieving team environment.

Contribute to knowledge development and establish thought leadership in supply chain operations, policy, and investment trends.

Support business development efforts through client engagement, proposal preparation, and presenting insights at industry forums.

Oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring efficient resource allocation and profitable project delivery for the service line.

Possess a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, ideally encompassing both consulting and industry roles. A strong passion for consulting and client advisory services is essential.

Demonstrate a deep understanding of supply chain management principles, operational processes, and network optimization techniques. Experience with Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) methodologies is required, covering areas like Source to Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Plan to Produce, and Design to Develop.

Exhibit excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a proven track record of working effectively with senior client stakeholders. Strong project leadership and team management capabilities are crucial.

Prior experience in managing end-to-end client engagements and programs, along with experience managing teams, is a prerequisite.

An Engineering degree from a Tier 1 college and an MBA from a premier institute are necessary qualifications.
