Lead the full lifecycle of AI/ML, Optimization, GenAI, and Agentic AI solutions, from initial problem definition and design through to production deployment, scaling, and continuous improvement.

Develop and implement predictive and prescriptive analytics using machine learning, forecasting, optimization, and operations research techniques.

Design enterprise-level GenAI and Agentic AI architectures, incorporating LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and intelligent workflows.

Drive the transition of AI solutions from proof-of-concept to scalable, production-grade systems, ensuring performance, reliability, security, and cost-effectiveness.

Establish robust MLOps/LLMOps practices, AI governance frameworks, monitoring systems, and responsible AI principles.

Mentor and lead multidisciplinary data science and AI teams, providing essential technical direction and guidance.

Engage with senior stakeholders to define AI strategy, develop transformation roadmaps, articulate solution value, and achieve tangible business outcomes.

Lead proposal development, RFP responses, business development efforts, and the creation of reusable AI/analytics accelerators.

A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in Data Science, AI/ML, Advanced Analytics, or Optimization is essential.

Demonstrate strong expertise in machine learning, forecasting, optimization, operations research, and simulation methodologies.

Possess significant experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, Agentic AI, and AI architecture design.

Show proven ability to successfully deploy and scale AI/ML and GenAI solutions within enterprise environments.

Familiarity with MLOps/LLMOps, cloud platforms, APIs, data platforms, and enterprise integration patterns is required.

Exhibit a strong understanding of AI scalability, governance, security, and performance considerations.

Experience in supply chain or manufacturing domains is highly preferred.

Excellent leadership, client management, solutioning, and business development skills are crucial for success in this role.
