Join our Enterprise Technology team as a Manager in Advanced Analytics, driving innovation in supply chain and network operations. This role focuses on leveraging cutting-edge AI and machine learning technologies to solve complex business challenges and foster growth.

We are seeking a dynamic leader to spearhead the development and deployment of AI/ML, Optimization, GenAI, and Agentic AI solutions. Your expertise will be crucial in transforming our operational capabilities and delivering tangible business outcomes.

Lead the complete AI/ML and GenAI solution lifecycle, from initial problem definition and architecture design through to deployment, scaling, and ongoing optimization. Develop and implement predictive and prescriptive analytics using machine learning, forecasting, optimization techniques, operations research, and simulation. Design robust GenAI and Agentic AI architectures, incorporating LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and intelligent workflows.

Transition AI solutions from proof-of-concept to production-ready, scalable deployments, ensuring high performance, reliability, security, and cost-effectiveness. Establish comprehensive MLOps/LLMOps frameworks, AI governance, monitoring systems, and responsible AI practices. Mentor and guide multidisciplinary data science and AI teams, providing clear technical direction and support.

A minimum of 7 years of experience in Data Science, AI/ML, Advanced Analytics, or Optimization is required. Demonstrated expertise in machine learning, forecasting, optimization, operations research, and simulation is essential. Proven experience with GenAI, LLMs, RAG, embeddings, Agentic AI, and designing AI architectures is critical.

Candidates must possess a strong track record of deploying and scaling AI/ML and GenAI solutions within enterprise environments. Familiarity with MLOps/LLMOps, cloud platforms, APIs, data platforms, and enterprise integrations is expected. A solid understanding of AI scalability, governance, security, and performance is necessary. Experience in supply chain or manufacturing is preferred. Excellent leadership, client management, solutioning, and business development skills are vital for this role.
