Join our dynamic team as a Manager focused on Procurement Technology within Supply Chain & Network Operations in Bengaluru. This role is crucial for driving functional excellence and enabling innovation through enterprise technology.

We seek a professional with a strong understanding of Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Business Spend Management (BSM) systems to contribute to our client's strategic goals. Your expertise will be instrumental in optimizing procurement processes and ensuring seamless technology integration.

Key responsibilities include leading Business Requirements gathering and solution documentation. You will be responsible for Coupa configuration, implementation, and support, ensuring adherence to industry best practices.

Your role will involve managing aspects of Procurement, Invoicing, Sourcing, Catalogue, Contract, and Vendor Management. You will also play a part in reviewing solutions, assessing feasibility, and ensuring alignment with Coupa standards and client expectations for timely project delivery.

Additional duties encompass preparing and validating test cases, supporting issue resolution, and documenting solutions. You will interact with end-users to map applications to business processes, conduct gap analyses, and suggest improvements. Furthermore, you'll assist in Pre-Sales activities, demos, and estimates, and contribute to the development of the Coupa team.

This position requires a minimum of 8 years of experience, coupled with any graduate degree. A strong command of S2P and BSM system functionality and configurations is essential.

Proficiency in Coupa configuration and implementation is a must, along with a deep understanding of industry best practices. Experience in Procurement, Invoicing, Sourcing, Catalogue, Contract, and Vendor Management, as well as business performance benchmarking, is critical.

An advantage would be experience with Coupa integration and mapping to legacy systems. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills for client-facing roles, the ability to work effectively remotely, a strong sense of responsibility, and a positive attitude. Willingness to travel is also required.
