As a Manager, you will own day-to-day delivery for sourcing and procurement operations, ensuring quality commitments are met. You will translate contractual obligations into clear operating plans, maintain delivery governance through structured forums, and act as the primary operational contact for service matters. Responsibilities include defining and monitoring SLAs/KPIs, building insightful dashboards, and using data to identify performance gaps and guide corrective actions. You will also manage workforce and workload, triage demand, balance capacity, and track key operational metrics. Building trusted stakeholder relationships, handling escalations effectively, and managing risk, issue, and dependency registers are crucial. Furthermore, you will contribute to Procurement CoE development, assess capability gaps, and identify opportunities for process improvement and transformation, promoting a continuous improvement culture.

We require a deep understanding of Sourcing-to-Pay (S2P) operations, with hands-on experience in sourcing and procurement service delivery. Prior experience managing outsourced or third-party operations is essential. A solid command of service governance, demand management, productivity controls, and operational risk is expected. Advanced analytical abilities to interpret operational data and translate findings into decisions are necessary. Proficiency in Excel and dashboarding tools like Power BI or Tableau is required, along with working knowledge of procurement suites, ERP environments, and workflow tools.

Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills are vital, including the ability to influence senior stakeholders and align diverse teams. You should be skilled in coaching, delegation, conflict resolution, and building ownership. Composure under pressure, commercial awareness, and comfort navigating ambiguity are key behavioral traits. A street-smart, resourceful, and action-oriented approach, coupled with structured thinking, curiosity, sound judgment, and high personal accountability, are sought after. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is required, with an MBA or postgraduate qualification being preferred. Technical exposure to ERP and procurement platforms (SAP, Ariba, Coupa, Oracle), analytics tools, and improvement methods (Lean, Six Sigma) is advantageous. A minimum of 10-12 years in delivery operations, with significant S2P or procurement service responsibility, is expected.
