As a Manager in Sourcing-to-Pay (S2P) Operate Delivery, you will spearhead procurement operations within a third-party delivery framework. Your core responsibilities include owning service performance, orchestrating the workforce, ensuring robust governance, aligning stakeholders, and realizing measurable value. You'll leverage practical process knowledge and disciplined execution to enhance team capabilities, boost productivity, and achieve dependable outcomes.

Key duties involve leading day-to-day delivery across sourcing and procurement operations, translating business priorities into clear operating plans, and maintaining strong governance through structured forums. You will act as the primary operational contact for service matters, managing escalations effectively and building trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders. Additionally, you'll define and monitor SLAs/KPIs, build insightful dashboards, manage workforce and workload dynamically, and contribute to capability uplift and value delivery within the Procurement CoE.

We are looking for candidates with 10-12 years of experience in delivery operations, with substantial focus on S2P or procurement services. A proven track record in leading sourcing and purchasing processes within a third-party operating model is essential. You must demonstrate success in governing SLAs, KPIs, dashboards, capacity, productivity, escalations, and risk management.

Functional expertise in S2P operations, sourcing, and procurement service delivery is required. Analytical prowess, proficiency in Excel and dashboarding tools like Power BI or Tableau, and working knowledge of procurement suites are crucial. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, including confident communication, coaching, and conflict resolution, are vital. We seek a resourceful, action-oriented, and structured thinker with high personal accountability and a commitment to continuous improvement. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is mandatory, with an MBA or postgraduate qualification being preferred. Certifications like Lean Six Sigma or PMP are advantageous.
