Oversee diagnostics, design innovative solutions, and implement best practices.

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering and an MBA from a Tier I or Tier II institute are required.

Possess 7-12 years of relevant experience in supply chain consulting or industry, with a preference for prior experience with Big 4 or leading consulting firms.

Demonstrate hands-on experience in Demand/Supply Planning, Procurement/Strategic Sourcing, and Manufacturing/Shopfloor Operations.

Exhibit a strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and experience with supply chain transformation/digital initiatives.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
