Lead comprehensive supply chain transformation projects across planning, sourcing, and manufacturing domains.

Drive initiatives focused on process improvement, cost reduction, and enhancing operational efficiency for clients.

Collaborate closely with client leadership to formulate effective supply chain strategies and actionable roadmaps.

Conduct diagnostics, design innovative solutions, and implement best practices in supply chain management.

Manage client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor on all supply chain-related matters.

Ensure successful project delivery by overseeing timelines, maintaining quality standards, and aligning stakeholders.

Mentor and develop team members, fostering their capabilities and professional growth.

Contribute to business development activities, including proposal writing, client pitches, and solutioning.

A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required, complemented by an MBA from a Tier I or Tier II institute.

Possess 5-8 years of relevant experience in supply chain consulting or industry practice.

Prior experience with Big 4 firms or leading consulting organizations is highly preferred.

Demonstrate hands-on expertise in Demand/Supply Planning, Procurement/Strategic Sourcing, and Manufacturing/Shopfloor Operations.

Exhibit a strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and experience in supply chain transformation or digital initiatives.

Possess excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment and exposure to supply chain tools/platforms are essential.

Experience across industries such as Automotive, Industrial Manufacturing, Consumer Products, Metals and Mining, Cement, Chemicals, or Pharma is advantageous.

Prior involvement in large-scale transformation programs is a significant plus.
