As Manager of Software Engineering, you will guide technical direction, influence data architecture, and mentor fellow engineers through code reviews and design sessions. You'll drive the development of complex components, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and performant.

Key responsibilities include staying abreast of emerging technologies, contributing to code reviews, and solving intricate problems related to APIs, data structures, algorithms, and application sequences. You'll leverage existing solutions, drive down technical debt, and implement automation in testing, build, and deployment processes.

Furthermore, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to define quarterly roadmaps, synthesize priorities, and ensure alignment. The role involves designing and deploying AI-powered solutions using various platforms, translating business needs into scalable applications that enhance products and workflows.

We require a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with a minimum of 8 years in software development. This includes 6+ years of experience delivering solutions focused on .Net and React, supplemented by Python for AI/ML and automation.

Proficiency is expected in C#, .Net Core Web API, and React, along with experience in SQL/NoSQL databases and Azure Public Cloud. A solid understanding of DevOps best practices in a cloud-native environment, product management principles, and agile software development is crucial. Familiarity with healthcare industry knowledge and strong problem-solving skills, particularly concerning data structures, is also vital. Experience with Entity Framework Core is desirable.
