In-depth understanding of operating system internals (Windows, Linux) for delivering interoperable and performant code.

Skilled in debugging and troubleshooting complex issues, including analysis of core dumps, heap dumps, and thread dumps.

Adept at documenting and coaching teams on development practices, coding guidelines, and standards (e.g., branching, peer reviews, library usage, logging, scanning rules, TDD, error handling).

Familiar with advanced design patterns (e.g., service-to-worker, MVC, API gateway, intercepting filter, dependency injection, lazy loading) for implementing efficient code.

Capable of conducting technical code reviews to identify anti-patterns and promote continuous refactoring.

Understand and articulate technical debt and operational issues to drive prioritization discussions with stakeholders for improved system stability.

Possess a strong grasp of system architecture to plan for platform and infrastructure capacity (database, compute, network, storage) and drive dependency prioritization to reduce delivery lead times.

Able to understand customer journeys and ensure a superior customer experience by minimizing Mean Time To Mitigate (MTTM) for incidents and maintaining high availability (99.95%+).

Skilled in simplifying deployments and eliminating software/infrastructure complexities through standardized platforms, ephemeral instances, and automation.

Proficient in orchestrating release workflows and pipelines, applying standardized CI/CD processes using industry-standard tools (e.g., Jenkins, Bamboo, AWS/Azure pipelines, XL Release).

Experienced in configuring rules and building automation for code with vulnerability scanning and software composition analysis using standard tools (e.g., Sonar, Checkmarx, Nexus, JFrog XRay, Veracode).

Skilled in defining, organizing, and reporting on test runs for various release types, including unit, component, system, customer journeys, past issues, and regulatory controls.
