We seek experienced technologists with a passion for empowering customers through data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing and mentoring software development teams, alongside a strong background in full-stack, data, and cloud technologies such as Databricks, AWS (Data Services + Agentic/ML Services including EMR, Agent Core, Bedrock, etc.), .NET/C#, Java, Spring Boot, React, Python, and Spark. A deep understanding of complex problem-solving and implementing scalable solutions is essential. Proficiency in advanced object-oriented programming, design principles, refactoring, microservice development, and database management is required. Experience with AI tools like GitHub Copilot and Claude Code for enhanced PDLC is highly preferred. You should possess strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, coupled with motivation, creativity, and self-direction.

Additional Qualifications: - Prior experience leading a team or mentoring other engineers, both technically and professionally, is preferred. - A superior academic record with a degree in Computer Science or a related technical field is expected. - Strong written and verbal English communication skills are necessary.
