Lead a high-performing software engineering team focused on building and optimizing enterprise software and AI-powered solutions. Guide technical strategy, promote software engineering best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional partners. Evaluate, debug, and enhance conversational AI for accuracy and efficiency. Monitor and optimize system performance for latency, cost, and reliability. Explore and implement reinforcement learning and self-improving techniques. Develop and integrate AI/ML capabilities within the PAD framework for intelligent automation. Ensure ethical and responsible AI practices throughout the development lifecycle. Stay abreast of AI/ML advancements and contribute innovative ideas. Collaborate to bring AI innovations into production-ready solutions. Utilize GenAI tools for efficient ideation and prototyping. Develop internal AI tools to automate tasks and boost productivity. Comply with all company policies and directives, adapting to evolving business needs.

Possess a graduate degree in Computer Science or a related field. Over 8 years of experience, including team management, developing advanced RPA solutions, and cloud infrastructure procurement/optimization. More than 4 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, with a strong focus on NLP, Language Models, and LLM frameworks like OpenAI APIs or Hugging Face Transformers. Experience with agentic frameworks for building modular and scalable AI agents. Proficiency in Power Automate AI Builder, Copilot Studio, Agentic Frameworks, and GitHub Copilot. Solid experience in UiPath to Power Automate (PAD) migration, covering architecture, framework design, and automation transformation. Experience with large-scale data processing and computing frameworks. Demonstrated ability to drive end-to-end UiPath to Power Automate Desktop (PAD) migrations. Good knowledge of Azure Cloud infrastructure setup and configurations.
