Lead team functions including PI Planning, production support, enhancements, and new development initiatives. Provide daily guidance and support to your team, identifying potential challenges and proposing solutions. Define infrastructure needs and coordinate with technical program managers for necessary exchanges. Collaborate closely with product management teams to outline upcoming work.

Conduct code reviews and mentor the team on technical growth. Manage technical debt by identifying and planning for its resolution, while owning the technical backlog. Foster a positive and engaging work environment where team members feel motivated and appreciated. Ensure operability of developed applications by coordinating with the operations team. Challenge and collaborate with architects on technical designs, driving continuous code refactoring and planning.

Arrange and manage 24x7 support for all developed products and solutions. Navigate through uncertainties and changes in requirements while maintaining high team morale. Facilitate the use of AI coding tools to accelerate development tasks and enhance efficiency.

Demonstrated excellence in communication, articulating complex ideas clearly both verbally and in writing. A self-starter attitude with the ability to identify opportunities and implement effective solutions. Proven experience in motivating and inspiring teams to achieve their best work. Strong hands-on proficiency in Java, J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, RESTful web services, Event Driven Architecture, and Angular is essential.

Experience working with or implementing AI-driven development lifecycles is required. Possess a solid understanding and practical experience in building and integrating scalable, high-performing web services. Skilled in identifying and remediating security vulnerabilities. Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities are a must for this role. This position involves engaging and managing a team of software engineers, including task planning and code reviews.
