As an Engineering Manager, you will dedicate approximately 70% of your time to technical leadership, 20% to managerial duties, and 10% to recruiting. Key responsibilities include leading team functions such as PI Planning, production support, enhancements, and fresh development.

You will support your team by identifying potential issues, defining infrastructure needs, and coordinating with Technical Program Managers. Technical responsibilities involve code reviews, technical grooming, managing tech debt, and owning technical backlogs. Foster a positive and fun work environment where open feedback is encouraged.

This role requires strong technical expertise, including hands-on experience with Java, J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, RESTful web services, Event Driven Architecture, and Angular. You must also have experience with or have implemented an AI-driven development lifecycle and be proficient in facilitating AI coding tools for expedited development.
