You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring seamless connectivity across diverse applications and data platforms.

The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in solution architecture, cloud technologies, and data platforms. You will be instrumental in defining architecture strategies, leading technical discussions, and delivering robust, scalable, and high-quality solutions that align precisely with business objectives.

Architect and implement robust enterprise solutions utilizing the full Microsoft Power Platform suite, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio.

Design scalable integration solutions to connect ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, Workday, and other enterprise applications.

Develop data solutions leveraging SQL Server, Snowflake, Azure Data Services, and modern cloud-native technologies.

Build integration frameworks using APIs, middleware, connectors, and event-driven architectures. Configure and manage On-Premises Data Gateway for secure hybrid integrations.

Lead AI and automation initiatives, incorporating Azure AI Services, Microsoft Copilot, and Generative AI.

Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. Define architecture standards, governance frameworks, best practices, and solution roadmaps. Ensure security, compliance, performance, and data governance.

Conduct architecture reviews, technical workshops, and design sessions. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams throughout project lifecycles.

A minimum of 9 years of IT experience is required, with at least 3 years in a dedicated Solution Architect role.

Demonstrate strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, Copilot Studio), SQL Server, Snowflake, Data Architecture, Data Modelling, Enterprise Application Integration, REST APIs, Web Services, Azure Integration Services, and On-Premises Data Gateway.

Possess experience integrating multiple ERP systems and enterprise applications, coupled with a solid understanding of cloud architecture and hybrid integration patterns. Azure technical expertise, including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure AI Services, is essential.

Experience with Generative AI and Microsoft Copilot implementations, enterprise architecture frameworks, and governance models is preferred. Familiarity with SAP, Oracle ERP, Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or Workday is also a plus. Strong communication, presentation, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills are crucial.
