The position requires a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between HR business needs and technical execution, ensuring scalability, compliance, and overall efficiency of HR operations.

Spearhead multiple HR technology projects, serving as the HR business lead for HRMS integration with critical business applications. Successfully manage and deliver key initiatives, including the implementation of platforms like Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) and ServiceNow, alongside AI-driven HRMS updates. Act as Project Manager and Lead for end-to-end HR system enhancements, driving stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration. Provide strategic insights for HR digital transformation, focusing on workflow optimization and improved employee experience via automation and AI. Lead the deployment of self-service HR technology, empowering employees and managers with direct access to HR services and data.

Proven experience in managing HR technology projects and HRMS integration. Demonstrated success in implementing HR systems such as Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) and ServiceNow. Strong project management skills with the ability to drive execution and foster collaboration. Strategic understanding of HR digital transformation, automation, and AI solutions. Experience in leading the deployment of self-service HR technology platforms. Ability to bridge HR business requirements with technical solutions for scalability and efficiency.
