Configure and customize ServiceNow components including forms, workflows, business rules, and integrations to enhance platform functionality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and data flow across various modules.

Provide expert advisory services and thought leadership on ServiceNow platform best practices, governance, and optimization strategies. Drive stakeholder communication, project planning, and effective risk management throughout project lifecycles.

Conduct thorough testing, manage deployments, and provide essential post-implementation support. Mentor and support junior team members in both technical and functional areas, fostering their growth.

Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical designs, test cases, and release notes, ensuring clarity and accuracy.

A minimum of 5-8 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow Developer Platform is essential. Strong knowledge in at least one of the following modules is required: ITOM, ITAM, or GRC.

Familiarity with ITSM (Integration, Service Portal, Virtual Agent, Performance Analytics, Service Catalogue development) is beneficial. For ITOM, experience with CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management development is key. For GRC, expertise in Governance, Risk & Compliance, Integrated Risk Management, Risk Management, and Policy & Compliance Management development is necessary. ITAM experience should include HAM and SAM development.

Demonstrate a deep understanding of the ServiceNow data model, architecture, and integration frameworks. Possess a solid understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise service management concepts. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills are crucial.

Prior experience managing cross-functional, global delivery teams is also a key requirement for this managerial position.
