Configure and customize ServiceNow components, including forms, workflows, business rules, and integrations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and platform integration.

Provide expert advisory services and thought leadership on ServiceNow best practices, governance, and optimization. Lead stakeholder communication, project planning, and risk management efforts.

Conduct thorough testing, deployment, and post-implementation support. Mentor and guide junior team members in technical and functional aspects. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical designs, test cases, and release notes.

Requires 5-8 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow Developer Platform. A strong understanding of at least one of the following modules is essential: ITOM, ITAM, or GRC.

Proficiency in ITSM (Integration, Service Portal, Virtual Agent, Performance Analytics, Service Catalogue development) or ITOM (CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management development) or GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance, Integrated Risk Management, Risk Management, Policy & Compliance Management development) or ITAM (HAM, SAM development) is required.

A deep understanding of the ServiceNow data model, architecture, and integration frameworks is crucial. Solid knowledge of ITIL processes and enterprise service management concepts, coupled with excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills, is necessary. Experience managing cross-functional, global delivery teams is also a key requirement.
