Join our Enterprise Technology team as a ServiceNow Developer, specializing in ITOM, ITAM, and GRC. This role is crucial for driving functional excellence and fostering innovation within the organization. We are seeking a seasoned professional to enhance and support our enterprise-scale ServiceNow environments.

This position requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow platforms and a proven track record in implementation, enhancement, and day-to-day support. You will be instrumental in configuring complex workflows, managing the service catalog, and developing robust integrations.

Key responsibilities include leveraging ServiceNow SDK for local application development and deployment. You will utilize ServiceNow Fluent for application metadata and server-side scripting, and employ Now Assist for Creator/GenAI to boost productivity and automate workflows. Expertise in ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog, and SLM is essential. Developing custom scoped applications and ensuring platform integrity through testing, reports, dashboards, and system maintenance are also core duties.

A minimum of 6 to 9 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM implementations is required. Strong expertise in configuring ITSM workflows, service catalog, and integrations is necessary. Proficiency in automation using Flow Designer and supporting enterprise-scale ServiceNow environments is expected. Experience with ServiceNow SDK, ServiceNow Fluent, Now Assist for Creator/GenAI, and a broad range of platform development tools and APIs are critical. Familiarity with testing frameworks like ATF and integration technologies like REST APIs is also a must.
