The Transaction Advisory Services (SaT) team within the Government & Public Sector (GPS) practice combines private sector expertise with public sector understanding to enhance service delivery.

This role sits within the SaT - TCF - Infrastructure Advisory group, where we assist clients in rethinking ecosystems, optimizing portfolios, and reinventing for a sustainable future. Utilizing our Capital Agenda framework, we address complex strategic, financial, and operational questions for a diverse clientele, including governments, private equity, and educational institutions. Our Connected Capital Solutions drive competitive advantage through data-driven decision-making in areas like Investment Banking Advisory, Valuations, and Project Finance.

Leverage extensive experience in Public-Private Partnership (PPP) transaction advisory to provide expert guidance and strategic solutions to government and public sector clients.

Drive the development and execution of financial strategies, including capital allocation, risk management, and financial planning analytics.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver insightful and practical solutions to complex client challenges within commercial and legal frameworks.

Contribute to the growth and success of the Infrastructure Advisory practice through technical excellence and client engagement.

A Master of Business Administration (MBA) is required for this role.

Possess a minimum of 8 years of professional experience, with a strong emphasis on PPP Transaction Advisory.

Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively across diverse client departments, adhering to commercial and legal mandates.

Exhibit a practical, agile, curious, and creative approach to problem-solving, delivering insightful and actionable solutions.
