Lead the strategic design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of SAP Treasury and Cash Management solutions. This role requires deep expertise in treasury operations, cash management, risk mitigation, and bank connectivity, leveraging SAP S/4HANA capabilities. You will be instrumental in driving global treasury transformation, optimizing processes, and ensuring robust financial operations.

Spearhead SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) implementations, rollouts, and support.

Collaborate with Corporate Treasury, Finance, Banking, and Accounting teams to deliver effective treasury solutions and drive transformation programs.

Define treasury solution architecture and best practices, focusing on Cash Management, Liquidity Planning, Bank Account Management, In-House Cash, Payment Management, and Bank Communication Management (BCM).

Configure and optimize SAP Treasury modules, design integrations with financial systems, and support SWIFT and bank interfaces.

Lead treasury transformation and implementation projects, managing planning, budgeting, resources, and risk mitigation.

Enhance working capital visibility, improve cash forecasting accuracy, and optimize payment processes through automation and digitalization.

Ensure compliance with internal controls, treasury policies, and regulatory requirements, supporting audit activities and risk management.

A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is required. An MBA (Finance), CA, CFA, or FRM is preferred.

We seek candidates with 8-15 years of SAP experience, including substantial exposure to Treasury solutions and at least 3-5 years in leadership or team management roles. Proven experience in 2-3 end-to-end SAP Treasury/TRM implementations and hands-on expertise with SAP S/4HANA Treasury and Cash Management are essential.

Technical proficiency includes SAP Treasury & Risk Management, Treasury Operations, Bank Communication Management (BCM), Multi-Bank Connectivity (MBC), and integration with SAP FI, CO, AP, AR, FSCM, Group Reporting, and SAP BTP Integration Suite. Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for reporting is a plus.
