We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in SAP TM and a deep understanding of the Metals & Mining sector to lead transformative initiatives and enhance our global logistics capabilities.

As an SAP TM Manager, you will lead functional discovery workshops, translate business needs into detailed requirements, and analyze current processes for improvement. You will collaborate with architects, support UAT, and mentor junior team members. Your responsibilities include driving SAP TM implementation, support, and enhancement projects, managing configuration, testing, and deployment. You'll also focus on optimizing transportation planning and execution, freight cost management, and ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules and external systems.

We require a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 10 years of SAP experience, with at least 5 years focused on SAP TM. Proven experience in leading large transformation programs or full-cycle SAP TM implementations is essential, along with 3+ years of management experience. A strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, particularly within the Metals & Mining industry, is highly preferred. Essential technical skills include SAP TM, SAP S/4HANA integration, freight planning, and cost management.
