Seeking an experienced SAP Testing Lead or Test Manager with deep insight into Shell's business processes and integrated enterprise systems. This role is pivotal in shaping test strategies, overseeing comprehensive testing lifecycles, and leading defect resolution efforts.

The successful candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless delivery of SAP implementations and ongoing enhancements, ensuring alignment with critical business objectives.

Define and implement robust test strategies, encompassing SIT, UAT, Regression, and E2E testing. Lead defect triage meetings, prioritizing and tracking resolution across multiple SAP modules. Coordinate daily testing activities, manage dependencies across workstreams, and ensure timely delivery of testing artifacts.

Engage business stakeholders throughout the UAT phase, facilitating execution with real-world scenarios. Ensure the availability and accuracy of test data, proactively minimizing delays and false defect reports. Provide regular status updates, highlight risks, and escalate issues as needed.

Requires substantial experience in SAP testing and comprehensive test management. A strong grasp of Shell-specific business processes and enterprise applications is essential.

Proven expertise in leading SIT, UAT, Regression, and E2E testing cycles, coupled with hands-on experience managing defect lifecycles and reporting. Familiarity with testing tools like qTest and ALM Octane is necessary. Demonstrated ability in leading defect triage and managing cross-functional testing teams is a must.
