Seeking an experienced SAP Testing Lead/Test Manager with deep knowledge of Shell business processes, SAP applications, and integrated enterprise systems. This role is pivotal in defining test strategies, overseeing end-to-end testing, managing defects, and leading cross-functional teams to ensure successful SAP implementation and enhancement deliveries.

This position demands a strategic approach to testing, ensuring alignment with upstream and downstream business needs. You will be instrumental in guaranteeing comprehensive functional and integration coverage across various SAP modules and connected applications, safeguarding the integrity and performance of SAP solutions within the organization's landscape.

Drive comprehensive test strategies, plans, and execution for System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression, and End-to-End (E2E) testing. Lead and manage the defect lifecycle, facilitating daily triage meetings and ensuring timely resolution of issues across SAP modules. Coordinate daily testing activities across multiple workstreams, managing dependencies and tracking deliverables. Engage business stakeholders early in the UAT cycle to ensure readiness and business process compliance.

Ensure the availability and accuracy of master and transactional test data to prevent execution delays and minimize false defects. Provide regular testing status updates, proactively highlight risks, and escalate critical issues. Foster collaboration and accountability among geographically distributed testing teams, ensuring seamless communication and coordinated efforts for optimal project outcomes.

A strong foundation in SAP testing and test management is essential, complemented by a solid understanding of Shell-specific business processes and the enterprise application ecosystem. Demonstrated hands-on experience with SIT, UAT, Regression, and E2E testing methodologies is required.

Proficiency in managing test execution, defect lifecycle management, and test reporting is crucial. Familiarity with test management tools like qTest and ALM Octane is necessary. Proven ability to lead defect triage meetings and manage cross-functional testing teams, coupled with excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills, is expected. Experience managing testing across multiple workstreams and integrated applications is also a key requirement.
