Join our team as an SAP Test Manager and lead transformative testing initiatives for SAP implementations, upgrades, and application management. This role is instrumental in shaping our SAP Testing Centre of Excellence, driving test strategy, governance, and quality assurance for critical projects.

As a key leader, you will own the end-to-end testing lifecycle, ensuring robust quality delivery and providing essential release-readiness recommendations. Your expertise will be crucial in establishing best practices and reusable capabilities within our specialized testing hub.

Define comprehensive SAP test strategies encompassing functional, automated, and performance testing. Lead critical testing phases, including System Integration Testing (SIT), UAT, regression, and data migration validation.

Develop and execute performance-test plans, focusing on workload modeling and various testing types like load, stress, and endurance. Coordinate testing efforts across diverse SAP teams (functional, technical, integration, data, security) and provide executive-level reporting on progress, risks, and go-live readiness.

Establish a forward-thinking automation and continuous-testing strategy, aligning with Agile and DevOps pipelines. Develop reusable test assets and governance standards for the Testing CoE, and support pre-sales activities including proposal development and client presentations.

We are seeking an experienced SAP Test Manager with a proven track record in leading enterprise application testing, particularly on SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA programs. Your background should include extensive experience managing SIT, UAT, regression, automation, and end-to-end business-process testing.

A strong understanding of performance-test planning, workload modeling, and execution is essential, along with knowledge of SAP architecture, HANA, Fiori, and integrations. Experience in test governance, risk management, and stakeholder management is also critical.

Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies, alongside experience in proposal development and solution design, will set candidates apart. A Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field is required, with certifications in ISTQB, SAP Activate, Agile, or performance testing being highly preferred.
