Seeking an experienced Manager to lead SAP Syniti data management and migration projects within our DSA Practice. This role is based in Ahmedabad and focuses on leveraging SAP Syniti solutions to ensure seamless data transitions for our clients.

We are looking for a professional adept at handling complex data challenges, ensuring data integrity, and driving successful migration outcomes. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding teams and stakeholders through the entire data migration lifecycle.

Develop and maintain robust data migration rules, mappings, and transformation logic. Collaborate with business and functional teams to accurately capture data requirements. Provide critical support during mock migrations, data validation, testing, cutover, and post-go-live phases. Proactively identify and resolve data quality issues throughout the migration process. Coordinate effectively with technical, functional, and business stakeholders to ensure project alignment.

Demonstrate strong experience with SAP Syniti data management and migration solutions, including hands-on use of the Syniti Knowledge Platform (SKP) and associated tools. Possess in-depth knowledge of data migration, data quality, data integration, and master data management principles. Exhibit a solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA data migration projects and SAP data objects (e.g., Material, Customer, Vendor/Business Partner, Finance). Proficient in data profiling, cleansing, validation, mapping, transformation, and reconciliation techniques. Familiarity with SAP legacy-to-S/4HANA migration processes is essential, alongside excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
