Seeking a Manager to lead complex process mining initiatives and drive solution design within SAP Signavio. This role focuses on delivering executive insights, integrating analytics into business decisions, and acting as a crucial link between data, processes, and strategic business outcomes.

Lead the design, development, and optimization of process intelligence pipelines, dashboards, and analysis models. Translate business needs into scalable, enterprise-grade technical architectures. Govern and refine key performance indicators across various business functions, ensuring adherence to standards.

Develop executive-ready reports and automated insights. Leverage deep SAP functional knowledge to interpret process variations and provide data-driven recommendations for transformation. Ensure robust data governance and security standards are maintained across all analytics layers. Facilitate leadership discussions and value-framing sessions, mentoring junior consultants.

A minimum of 4 years in process analytics, process mining, or enterprise process transformation is required, with at least one end-to-end Signavio Process Intelligence implementation. Deep expertise in SAP Signavio Process Intelligence & Process Insights is essential, alongside a strong understanding of SAP functional modules and end-to-end business processes.

Proven ability to design dashboards, governance frameworks, and reusable analytical assets is key. Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated experience leading senior stakeholder conversations and structured workshops. Exposure to enterprise transformation programs and experience with cross-functional leadership teams are highly valued. An MBA, CA, or BE is considered an added advantage.
