Join our Enterprise Technology & Performance team as a Manager, driving innovation and excellence through advanced process mining and analytics. This role is pivotal in transforming business processes and achieving strategic outcomes by bridging the gap between data, processes, and actionable insights.

Leverage your expertise to lead complex projects, ensuring robust solution design, architectural integrity, and the integration of analytics into critical business decisions. You will be instrumental in architecting and implementing scalable solutions that optimize enterprise functions.

Spearhead the design, development, and optimization of process intelligence pipelines, dashboards, and analytical models. Translate intricate business requirements into enterprise-grade, scalable technical architectures. Govern and enhance KPI frameworks across various functions, focusing on efficiency metrics and service level adherence. Develop executive-ready dashboards and automated performance reports.

Utilize in-depth knowledge of SAP functional areas to interpret process variations and pinpoint root causes. Provide data-driven recommendations and value cases to support transformation initiatives. Ensure adherence to enterprise-level data governance and security standards. Establish best practices for documentation and reusable assets, mentoring junior consultants to foster team growth and analytical maturity.

A minimum of 9 years of experience in SAP functional modules, coupled with over 4 years in process analytics, process mining, or enterprise process transformation, including at least one full Signavio Process Intelligence implementation. Demonstrable deep expertise with SAP Signavio Process Intelligence & Process Insights is essential.

Possess a strong understanding of SAP functional modules and end-to-end business process flows. Experience in designing dashboards, governance frameworks, and analytical assets is required. Showcase strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business narratives. Proven ability to lead discussions with senior stakeholders and facilitate structured workshops. Experience in enterprise transformation programs and leading cross-functional leadership teams is highly valued. An MBA, CA, or BE degree is considered an advantage.
