Join our Enterprise Technology team as a Manager specializing in SAP Security and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Access Control. Key responsibilities include designing, implementing, and supporting SAP Security and Authorization solutions across SAP landscapes. You will manage role design, user administration, and authorization troubleshooting, working closely with functional and business teams to meet security requirements. The role involves implementing and maintaining security across SAP ECC and S/4HANA, conducting security reviews, user access audits, and risk assessments.

Further duties encompass managing user provisioning, role assignments, and access governance processes. You will also support security testing and hypercare activities during project implementations. Analyzing and resolving authorization issues using various SAP tools, ensuring compliance with Segregation of Duties (SoD), and collaborating with cross-functional teams are essential aspects of this position.

We are seeking candidates with a Graduate degree in Science or Engineering and 7-10 years of relevant experience in management or consulting. A strong background in SAP Security is mandatory, including 10+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Authorization Concepts, Role Design, User Administration, and Segregation of Duties (SoD).

Proficiency in SAP ECC and S/4HANA security implementation projects is required, with experience in at least one full lifecycle SAP Security implementation. Preferred qualifications include a minimum of one end-to-end implementation experience in SAP GRC Access Control, covering areas like ARA, ARM, and BRM. Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, client-facing, and team collaboration skills are crucial for success in this dynamic project environment.
