Lead SAP SD implementation, rollout, transformation, and support projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Drive the design and optimization of end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.

Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP SD solutions.

Configure and support core SAP SD functionalities such as Sales Order Processing, Pricing, Billing, and Shipping.

Oversee integration between SAP SD and other SAP modules like MM, FI, PP, and WM/EWM.

Provide expert advice to stakeholders on process improvement and SAP S/4HANA adoption.

Manage all project phases, including Fit-Gap analysis, solution design, testing, cutover, and post-production support.

Review and approve functional specifications for various development objects.

Manage SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and deployment activities.

Oversee application support, incident management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead cross-functional teams, mentor consultants, and ensure adherence to SAP best practices.

Manage project plans, resource allocation, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications.

Support pre-sales activities, including effort estimation and proposal development.

A minimum of 10-15 years of comprehensive SAP experience, with a strong focus on SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).

Demonstrated success in leading end-to-end SAP implementation, transformation, rollout, and support projects.

In-depth expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, covering Sales Orders, Pricing, Billing, Shipping, Credit Management, and Rebates.

Extensive hands-on experience in SAP SD configuration, process design, and solution architecture.

Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA SD capabilities and transformation strategies.

Deep knowledge of integration across SAP modules including MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM, and CRM.

Experience with IDocs, EDI integrations, and third-party applications.

Strong grasp of logistics execution, supply chain processes, and customer order management.

Proven ability in project delivery, resource management, stakeholder engagement, and risk management.

Experience with global rollouts and enterprise-scale SAP programs is highly valued.

Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with SAP Activate, Agile, and Scrum methodologies is a significant advantage.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management.
