Spearhead end-to-end SAP SD workstream delivery, encompassing implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support initiatives. This role is pivotal for driving project execution and achieving critical business outcomes within the metals, mining, and industrial sectors.

You will be instrumental in optimizing Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, ensuring seamless operations from sales order creation to final billing. The position demands a strategic approach to designing and configuring SAP S/4HANA SD solutions tailored for diverse sales scenarios.

Lead the delivery of SAP SD modules across project lifecycles, focusing on Order-to-Cash (O2C) process optimization. This includes managing sales orders, pricing, deliveries, shipping, billing, returns, and credit management.

Design and configure robust SAP S/4HANA SD solutions for domestic and export sales, intercompany transactions, stock transport orders, consignment, and third-party sales. Conduct workshops for requirements gathering, assess business processes, and perform Fit-Gap analysis to align solutions with business objectives.

Prepare comprehensive functional specifications, business process documents, and test scenarios. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with MM, FI/CO, PP, and EWM/WM modules. Oversee SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare phases, ensuring smooth transitions to support.

Manage project governance, stakeholder communications, resource planning, and risk mitigation. Coordinate effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and leadership to guarantee successful project delivery and mentor junior team members on SAP best practices.

A minimum of 8-12 years of extensive SAP experience, with profound expertise in SAP SD and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, is essential. Demonstrable experience in leading 2-3 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA SD implementations or rollouts is required.

Key skills include hands-on configuration and functional expertise in sales, pricing, shipping, billing, credit management, returns, intercompany processes, STO, consignment, and third-party order processing. Strong knowledge of SAP Activate methodology, project governance, planning, estimation, risk management, and testing is crucial.

Experience in managing cross-functional SAP teams and coordinating with functional, technical, Basis, security, infrastructure, and business stakeholders is vital. A solid understanding of SAP integrations, including SAP BTP, Fiori, EWM, and third-party applications, is expected. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and leadership abilities are necessary.

While a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management is required, an SAP S/4HANA Sales (SAP SD) certification is preferred. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certifications are highly desirable. Additional SAP certifications and global implementation experience are advantageous.
