Lead comprehensive SAP SD workstream delivery, from implementation to support engagements, ensuring accountability for project outcomes. Drive critical Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, including sales order management, pricing, delivery, and billing. Design and configure robust SAP S/4HANA SD solutions, covering domestic, export, and intercompany scenarios. Conduct thorough requirement gathering and fit-gap analyses to develop scalable solutions.

Prepare essential project documentation, functional specifications, and test scenarios. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless module integration. Oversee SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare phases. Manage project governance, stakeholder communications, and risk mitigation strategies. Mentor junior consultants and champions SAP best practices for delivery excellence.

We are looking for an experienced professional with 8-12+ years of SAP experience, demonstrating deep expertise in SAP SD and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes. Proven success in leading end-to-end SAP S/4HANA SD implementations and transformation programs is essential. Hands-on experience with key SD functionalities like sales, pricing, shipping, billing, and credit management is required.

Demonstrated experience in project management or workstream leadership roles, coupled with a strong understanding of SAP Activate methodology, is necessary. Experience managing cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders, including business, technical, and third-party vendors, is a significant advantage.
