Drive enterprise-level SAP SD initiatives and lead critical projects within the Metals, Mining, and Industrial sector. This role is pivotal in optimizing the Order-to-Cash process and enabling digital transformation. You will be instrumental in ensuring successful SAP SD solution delivery, from implementation and upgrades to ongoing support and enhancements, directly contributing to business objectives and long-term growth.

Spearhead SAP SD workstreams for implementations, rollouts, transformations, and support. Optimize the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) process, aligning SAP SD solutions with business goals. Gather business requirements, conduct workshops, and translate needs into scalable SAP SD solutions. Configure and support key SAP SD functionalities, including sales, pricing, billing, shipping, and credit management. Design integrations between SAP SD and other core modules (MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM, CRM). Act as a key advisor for process improvements and SAP S/4HANA adoption. Lead Fit-Gap analysis, solution design, testing, and go-live activities. Oversee application support, incident management, and continuous improvement initiatives. Manage project plans, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications.

A minimum of 10-15 years of extensive SAP experience, with deep expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes. Proven track record in leading end-to-end SAP implementation and transformation projects is essential. Strong hands-on experience in SAP SD configuration, process design, and solution architecture, including familiarity with SAP S/4HANA SD capabilities. Solid understanding of integrations with MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM, and CRM modules, as well as IDoc/EDI integrations. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills are required to guide cross-functional teams and manage multiple engagements effectively. Experience with SAP Activate and Agile methodologies is highly desirable.
