Join our team as an SAP SD Manager, driving the delivery of end-to-end SAP SD solutions across various engagements. This role focuses on optimizing Order-to-Cash processes and ensuring successful project execution and business outcomes.

We are seeking a results-oriented leader with a strong background in SAP SD and a proven ability to manage complex projects. Your expertise will be crucial in designing and configuring SAP S/4HANA SD solutions that align with our business objectives and drive innovation.

Lead the entire SAP SD workstream for implementations, rollouts, and enhancements, ensuring accountability for project delivery and business results. You will drive Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, including sales order management, pricing, delivery, shipping, billing, and returns.

Design and configure SAP S/4HANA SD solutions for various sales scenarios, such as domestic, export, intercompany, and third-party sales. Conduct requirement gathering workshops and Fit-Gap analysis to develop scalable solutions. Prepare functional specifications, business process documents, and test scenarios.

Collaborate with MM, FI/CO, PP, and EWM/WM teams for seamless module integration. Oversee SIT, UAT, cutover planning, go-live, hypercare, and transition to support. Manage project governance, stakeholder communications, and risk mitigation.

We require 8-12+ years of SAP experience with deep expertise in SAP SD and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, particularly in SAP S/4HANA SD implementations. Your hands-on experience should cover sales, pricing, shipping, billing, credit management, returns, intercompany, and third-party order processing.

Demonstrated success in leading 2-3 end-to-end SAP implementation or rollout projects is essential. A strong understanding of SAP Activate methodology, project governance, and risk management is expected. Experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating with diverse stakeholders is key.

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required. While SAP S/4HANA Sales (SAP SD) certification is preferred, a Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) is highly desirable. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills are vital for this role.
