We are seeking a dynamic and experienced SAP SD professional to lead our SAP SD workstream delivery. This position offers a unique opportunity to manage end-to-end project lifecycles, from implementation and rollout to enhancements and support, ensuring exceptional business outcomes. Spearhead the end-to-end delivery of SAP SD workstreams across various project phases, including implementation, rollouts, enhancements, and support.

Drive critical Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, encompassing Sales Order Management, Pricing, Delivery, Shipping, Billing, Returns, Credit Management, and Output Management.

Design and configure robust SAP S/4HANA SD solutions tailored for domestic and export sales, intercompany transactions, stock transport orders (STO), consignment, third-party sales, and returns.

Lead requirement gathering sessions, conduct thorough business process assessments, and perform Fit-Gap analysis to architect scalable SAP solutions.

Develop and review comprehensive functional specifications, business process documents, configuration guides, and test scenarios.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless integration with MM, FI/CO, PP, EWM/WM, and other SAP modules.

Oversee SIT, UAT, cutover planning, go-live execution, hypercare, and smooth transition to support operations.

Manage project governance, stakeholder communications, resource planning, RAID management, risk mitigation, and delivery tracking.

Coordinate effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and leadership to guarantee successful project delivery.

Mentor junior consultants and team members, championing SAP best practices and delivery excellence.

Possess 8-12+ years of extensive SAP experience with a deep specialization in SAP SD and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.

Demonstrate proven success in SAP S/4HANA SD implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and transformation initiatives.

Exhibit hands-on expertise across key areas such as Sales, Pricing, Shipping, Billing, Credit Management, Returns, Intercompany, STO, Consignment, and Third-Party Order Processing.

Showcase experience leading at least 2-3 complete SAP implementation or rollout projects, ideally within SAP S/4HANA environments.

Bring a strong background in Project Management, SAP Delivery Management, or Workstream Leadership roles.

Have a solid understanding of SAP Activate methodology, project governance, planning, estimation, risk management, testing, cutover, and go-live activities.

Possess experience managing diverse SAP teams and coordinating across functional, technical, Basis, security, infrastructure, and business stakeholders.

Maintain a strong grasp of SAP integrations, including SAP BTP, Fiori, EWM, third-party applications, interfaces, and reporting solutions.

Display excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and leadership capabilities.

Demonstrate the ability to effectively balance hands-on SAP SD consulting with comprehensive project delivery ownership.
