Lead SAP Sales & Distribution operations, driving implementation projects, enhancements, and support activities. As a SAP SD Manager, you will oversee end-to-end project lifecycles, from design and requirements gathering through to deployment and hypercare. You'll collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Supply Chain teams, translating business needs into effective SAP solutions. Continuous improvement and staying abreast of SAP best practices and emerging technologies are key aspects of this position.

Manage the complete SAP SD project lifecycle, including implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and support. Configure core SAP SD modules such as Sales Order Management, Pricing, Shipping, Billing, Credit Management, and Returns Processing. Foster strong partnerships with business stakeholders to understand and address their requirements effectively.

Lead and mentor a team of SAP SD consultants, ensuring efficient project delivery within scope, budget, and timelines. Drive seamless integration of SAP SD with MM, FI/CO, PP, and WM modules, as well as CRM and third-party applications. Oversee incident resolution, problem management, and ensure adherence to SLAs and governance processes.

Requires 8-15 years of SAP SD experience, with a minimum of 3-5 years in team management. Must have hands-on experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments, including at least 2-3 end-to-end implementation projects. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is essential; SAP SD certification is preferred.

Key technical proficiencies include SAP SD configuration, pricing procedures, ATP, shipping, billing, and credit management. Experience with EDI/IDoc and integration with MM, FI, PP, and WM modules is crucial.
