Lead SAP SD module operations, ensuring seamless execution of sales and distribution processes. This role focuses on configuring and supporting critical SAP SD functionalities within the Order-to-Cash cycle. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective SAP solutions.

Opportunity to work on end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes and integrate SAP SD with other key modules like MM and FI. You will be instrumental in troubleshooting production issues and driving successful project implementations.

A key aspect of this role involves preparing functional specifications and coordinating with technical teams for custom developments. Your contribution will be vital in testing, deployment, and post-go-live support activities, ensuring a smooth transition and stable system performance.

Configure and support SAP SD functionalities, including sales orders, pricing, delivery, billing, and shipping. Manage the complete Order-to-Cash (O2C) process, from sales initiation to final billing. Gather business requirements, conduct gap analysis, and deliver robust SAP solutions. Configure sales documents, item categories, schedule lines, and manage copy controls. Optimize pricing procedures, condition types, access sequences, and output determination. Oversee delivery processing, picking, packing, shipment, and billing procedures. Ensure seamless integration of SAP SD with SAP MM, FI/CO, and other pertinent modules. Troubleshoot production issues effectively and provide timely resolutions. Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for enhancements and custom developments. Participate actively in unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and deployment phases. Support data migration, cutover, and post-go-live activities.

Possess strong hands-on experience in SAP SD configuration, implementation, and support. Demonstrate a solid understanding of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle. Proven experience with pricing, sales orders, delivery, shipping, and billing processes. Familiarity with integration aspects concerning SAP MM and SAP FI modules. Experience in requirements gathering, creating functional documentation, and resolving system issues. Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities are essential.
