Lead SAP Sales & Distribution operations, driving implementation projects, enhancements, and support activities. This managerial role requires deep functional expertise in SAP SD, effective stakeholder engagement, and the ability to guide teams in delivering robust business solutions aligned with strategic objectives. The position is based in Bengaluru.

Oversee end-to-end SAP SD project lifecycles, including design, requirements, configuration, testing, and hypercare. Key areas of configuration include Sales Order Management, Pricing, Shipping, Billing, and Credit Management. Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to translate business needs into SAP solutions and drive system improvements. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while mentoring the SAP SD team. Ensure seamless integration with MM, FI/CO, PP, and WM modules. Drive incident resolution, establish governance, and support continuous improvement initiatives, including SAP S/4HANA transformations.

We are looking for candidates with 8-15 years of SAP SD experience, including a minimum of 3-5 years in a team management capacity. Proficiency in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments is essential, along with experience in at least 2-3 full-cycle implementation projects. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required. Strong technical skills in SAP SD configuration, pricing, ATP, shipping, billing, and credit management are crucial. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership abilities are necessary for success in this role.
