Seeking a seasoned Lead SAP SD Consultant and Project Manager with over 10 years of extensive experience to spearhead end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) transformations leveraging SAP S/4HANA. This role involves comprehensive management of project timelines, budgets, cross-functional teams, and client relationships within the automotive and auto components sector.

This position offers a significant opportunity to drive impactful SAP S/4HANA implementations and manage complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful business process integration and stakeholder satisfaction.

Lead full-cycle implementations using SAP Activate and Agile frameworks. Manage project scope, resource allocation, schedules, and budgets effectively. Monitor project milestones to ensure on-time delivery. Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues as they arise. Serve as the key liaison for executive stakeholders and clients.

Configure core SAP SD modules, including Sales Orders, Pricing, Billing, and Shipping. Oversee O2C business processes, aligning them with SAP S/4HANA capabilities. Facilitate seamless integration with MM, FI, PP, and EWM modules. Review functional specifications and provide guidance to technical teams for RICEFW developments.

Requires a minimum of 10 years in SAP consulting, with at least 3 years in formal project management or team leadership for major SAP rollouts. Must possess strong hands-on configuration expertise in SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution, coupled with deep knowledge of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) lifecycle. Familiarity with integration tools like IDocs, APIs, and SAP BTP is essential.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills are paramount. A Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related discipline is required. SAP S/4HANA certification is considered a significant advantage.
