Join our Enterprise Technology & Performance team as a Manager specializing in SAP SCM, focusing on Advanced Available-to-Promise (aATP) solutions within SAP S/4HANA environments. This role is crucial for driving functional excellence and enabling innovation in supply chain operations. You will leverage your expertise to design, configure, and implement robust aATP functionalities, ensuring seamless integration with various SAP modules and contributing to business growth.

Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP aATP solutions, including Product Availability Check (PAC), Backorder Processing (BOP), and Allocation Management in SAP S/4HANA. Facilitate requirement gathering workshops with stakeholders across Sales, Supply Chain, and Logistics. Configure and optimize Product Allocation (PA), Rules-Based Availability Check (RBAC), and Multi-Level ATP. Ensure smooth integration with adjacent SAP modules like SD, MM, PP, and IBP. Develop functional specifications for enhancements and support end-to-end testing cycles, including UAT and performance testing. Troubleshoot production issues and provide hypercare support, along with continuous improvement recommendations. Collaborate with technical teams on ABAP developments and API integrations. Prepare training materials and conduct end-user training sessions.

A minimum of 12 years of experience in IT enterprise integration is required, with a strong focus on SAP aATP modules such as Product Availability Check, BOP, Allocation Management, RBAC, and Multi-Level ATP. Proficiency in SAP integration across SD, MM, PP, and IBP is essential. Experience with SAP S/4HANA (On-Premise & Cloud), SAP BTP, and Fiori is expected. Familiarity with tools and methodologies like JIRA, Confluence, Solution Manager, and Agile/Waterfall is important. Strong soft skills in stakeholder management, problem-solving, communication, and documentation are critical. Experience with SAP IBP, TM, and EWM, along with ABAP debugging skills, is highly desirable. A graduate degree in Science or Engineering (B.Sc, B.E/B.Tech) or an MBA is required. SAP certification in SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain is a plus.
