Join our SAP Consulting practice as a Manager and spearhead transformative SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations for global clientele. You will shape innovative solution approaches, lead critical workstreams, and serve as a trusted advisor to senior client executives. This role demands profound functional expertise in Professional Services, a strong grasp of integration and intercompany processes, and a proven track record in structured consulting environments.

As a Manager, you will offer deep subject-matter expertise in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Professional Services, covering project and engagement management, time/expense/resource management, and customer project billing. You will also advise on standard capabilities, configuration, and cloud-compliant extensibility. Additionally, you'll lead the design and oversight of integrations across SAP and third-party systems, ensuring seamless end-to-end process integration. Collaboration with finance stakeholders on intercompany processes and reporting is key, as is managing client relationships at the executive level and supporting engagement economics and planning. You will also mentor and develop consulting teams and contribute to practice development initiatives.

Candidates should possess 8-12 years of SAP consulting experience, with a demonstrated progression to a manager level. A minimum of one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation in a lead or managerial role is essential, alongside proven experience delivering Professional Services industry solutions and a solid understanding of SAP Activate and cloud implementation governance. Experience with distributed delivery models is also required. Strong functional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, including project-based accounting, revenue recognition, and FI/CO integration, is critical. Manager-level consulting capabilities, such as client-facing leadership, strong communication, team management, and commercial awareness, are expected. SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud certifications and experience with global implementations are preferred. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Finance, or Business is required; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.
