Join our Enterprise Technology & Performance team as a Manager, specializing in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud for Professional Services. You will drive transformative business solutions for global clients, leading engagements and acting as a strategic advisor. This role demands deep functional expertise in SAP Professional Services, robust integration knowledge, and a proven ability to deliver within a structured consulting framework.

Key responsibilities include providing subject-matter expertise in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Professional Services, encompassing project, time, expense, and resource management, alongside customer billing and revenue recognition. You will advise clients on optimal configurations and cloud-compliant extensibility. Furthermore, you will lead the design and oversight of integrations across SAP and third-party systems, ensuring seamless end-to-end process flow. Designing and supporting intercompany business processes, including project execution, cost allocations, and multi-entity financial reporting, is also crucial. You will serve as the primary client contact at manager/director levels, leading executive discussions and governance forums, while supporting engagement economics and delivery planning.

We are seeking candidates with 8-12 years of SAP consulting experience, including at least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation in a leadership role. Proven experience delivering Professional Services industry solutions and a strong grasp of SAP Activate and cloud implementation governance are essential. Experience with distributed delivery models is also required. Candidates must possess deep functional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, particularly in project-based accounting, revenue recognition, and FI/CO integration. Manager-level consulting capabilities, including client-facing leadership, strong communication, team management, and commercial awareness, are expected. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Finance, or Business is required; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred. SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud certification(s) and experience with global implementations are advantageous.
