Lead SAP Project Systems (PS) initiatives to drive functional excellence, innovation, and long-term growth within enterprise technology. This managerial role focuses on optimizing SAP PS solutions for complex business environments, enhancing project visibility, cost control, and operational efficiency.

As a key player, you will collaborate with business leadership, project managers, finance, supply chain, and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable, SAP-enabled project management solutions. Your expertise will shape strategic guidance and ensure best practices are implemented across project management functions.

Drive end-to-end SAP PS process transformation, including solution design, configuration, implementation, and support. Analyze business requirements for project planning, execution, cost management, and resource planning. Conduct workshops, translate needs into functional specifications, and recommend process improvements.

Manage project scope, timelines, and risks for implementations and rollouts. Oversee testing activities and support cutover planning. Provide functional leadership to global teams, coordinate with business users and IT, and build strong stakeholder relationships.

Requires 10+ years of SAP consulting experience with a strong focus on SAP Project Systems, including multiple end-to-end implementations in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is essential, with a Master's degree preferred. Experience leading global transformation initiatives and managing large project portfolios is crucial.

Possess deep knowledge of SAP PS functionalities such as Project Structures, WBS, Networks, Budgeting, Cost Planning, and Settlement. Familiarity with integrations across SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PM, PP) and leadership competencies like strategic thinking and change management are vital for success in this role.
