Seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to spearhead impactful SAP initiatives. This role involves leading the full project lifecycle, from planning and execution to delivery and support, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and technical requirements. A strong command of SAP S/4HANA and the Activate methodology is essential for success.

Lead and deliver end-to-end SAP projects, including implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and support.

Develop comprehensive project plans, manage resources, and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.

Cultivate strong stakeholder relationships through effective communication and collaboration.

Guide and mentor cross-functional SAP teams, promoting high performance and efficient resource allocation.

Oversee project budgets, monitor costs, and ensure optimal utilization of internal and external resources.

Champion quality assurance by adhering to SAP methodologies and overseeing testing phases.

Facilitate change management and user adoption through targeted training and support.

Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating critical concerns as needed.

Proven experience managing multi-module SAP projects (PS, MM, SD, FICO, PP, PM, etc.).

Deep understanding of the SAP S/4HANA implementation lifecycle.

Proficiency in SAP Activate methodology for project execution.

Familiarity with SAP integration strategies and external system connections.

Demonstrated ability in project planning, stakeholder management, and team leadership.

Excellent risk and issue management capabilities.

Strong organizational change management experience.
